Renovation Project

This recent project carried out in Bell Park, Geelong was a renovation on an old rental property, with the goal of turning the property into a modern looking home, hence increasing the visual aspect and value of the home.

Using Architectural Panel Systems “Nail Strip” cladding, this renovation was completed using Colorbond Woodland Grey panels, which is a very cost effective option for those looking to save money but still achieve a high quality finish.

Installed by Leigh Blake Constructions as a first time using this form of cladding, he was quoted as saying “this is the best and easiest system I’ve used”

The client could not be happier with the finish of the home and is looking forward to renovating more rental properties in the future using Architectural Panel Systems “Nail Strip” cladding.
