Project: Ocean Acres Drive, Torquay

Located in the Ocean Acres Estate at Torquay on the Surf Coast, this project was designed and built with no cladding or soffit options in mind.

Architectural Panel Systems met with the architects to discuss suitable, cost effective architectural cladding options to help complete the project. Standing seam was chosen for cladding the walls and soffits. The client was after a unique, clean finished at the top of the cladding with the special request of no capping. As a result each panel had to be scalloped and waterproofed individually to provide the modern and clean look.
