Project: Albert Street, Point Lonsdale
9 Albert Street, Point Lonsdale is located in a prestige area on the Bellarine Peninsula, about 20 minutes from the Geelong CBD.
The project involved VM Zinc standing seam cladding to walls, fascias, soffits and roof.
Due to the close proximity of the ocean, zinc was chosen as the most suitable material for its longevity while also providing a unique modern look.
